About Me

Founder, Designer & The Face Behind Ché Ché’s From a teen with a dream to a brand built by hand every piece has a story, and it starts here.

Hi, I’m Courtney-Ché the hands, heart, and face behind every piece you see at Ché Ché’s. From the first sketch to the final stitch, everything is designed, sewn, and brought to life by me.

I specialise in creating one of a kind, handmade clothing that feels timeless and personal  the kind of pieces you won’t find anywhere else.

How It All Began

At just 15, I taught myself how to sew. One week later, I made an outfit and took it on holiday where it stopped people in their tracks. I’ll never forget a lady shouting across the pool, “OMG I love your outfit! Where’s it from?” A crowd formed, and when I told them I’d made it myself, they were shocked.

That was the moment I realised this could be more than a hobby it could be my future.

Building the Brand 

Ché Ché’s was born in 2022. At first, I couldn’t get the name I really wanted on Instagram, and being the perfectionist I am, I refused to settle for usernames with underscores or dots. So I kept it simple All From Ché.

In January 2025, I finally rebranded to Ché Ché’s the name I always dreamed of. It’s inspired by my middle name, Ché (pronounced Shae), and it reflects just how personal this journey has been from the very start.

A Name That Means Everything

Nine months before I started the brand, I lost my grandad  someone who meant the absolute world to me. He always called me Ché Ché, without fail. My family still calls me Ché to this day, but that little nickname from him always stuck.

So when it came to naming my brand, it only felt right to call it Ché Ché’s not just after myself, but as a tribute to him. I know in my heart he’d be so proud of how far I’ve come. And I just know if he was still here, he’d have me making him a t-shirt with the Ché Ché’s label sewn right on the pocket repping the brand harder than anyone. 💛

This brand carries a piece of my heart and his. Every time you wear something from Ché Ché’s, you’re wearing a story.

Fashion From the Ground Up

At 16, I joined the Fashion Retail Academy in London. But after a short time, I realised I was being taught things I had already learned myself. So I left to focus fully on my brand and I’ve been running Ché Ché’s ever since.

I do it all:

• Designing

•  Pattern making

• Garment construction

• Sewing

• Packing orders

• Admin, marketing, customer service the whole lot.

  Oh and I model the clothes, too

Every piece is handmade with care, intention, and love because quality matters. I believe every stitch tells a story, and I want you to feel that when you wear Ché Ché’s.

A Message From Me

I’m 19 now, and I know my 15-year-old self would be so proud of what I’ve built and continue to build each day.

No matter your age or where you start, believe in your vision, even when others don’t. Passion, drive, and hard work can take you further than you think. I started with nothing but a needle, thread, and a dream and here we are.
