How do I know which size to order?

All Ché Ché’s garments are designed according to UK standard women’s sizing. Please refer to our Size Guide page for UK, US, and EU size conversions. If you need help choosing the right size, feel free to contact us anytime.

Can I order custom sizes or mix and match sizes?

Yes! You can request custom sizing by contacting us at contact@cheches.co.uk before placing your order. If you want different sizes for tops and bottoms, simply use the “Special Instructions” notes section at checkout to specify your requirements.

Do you offer Klarna or Clearpay?

We are currently in the process of our application and are waiting to hear back. We hope to have it up and running as soon as possible — stay tuned!

Are your clothes handmade?

Yes, every piece is handmade by me, the founder, from design to sewing, ensuring quality and uniqueness in every stitch.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Each garment is made to order, so please allow the stated lead/turnaround time before shipping. For UK orders, we use Royal Mail Tracked 48 service, and for international orders, Royal Mail International Signed For. Delivery times vary depending on location (usually 7-14 working days, sometimes up to 28).
Please note: Post dates are listed in the description of some items—this is when your item will be posted out to you.

Can I return or exchange my order?

As each piece is made to order, we do not offer refunds. We are exchange-only. Standard items can be exchanged within 14 days, provided they are unworn and in original condition. Custom-made garments made to your specific measurements are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

What happens if my return is lost in the post?

We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Unfortunately, no exchange or refund will be given in these cases, so we recommend using tracked postage for all returns.

How long do returns take to process once delivered?

As all garments are handmade to order, exchanges can take 14 days or more depending on our current turnaround time. When making exchanges, please provide your order number, name, and the item you'd like to exchange it with so we can locate your order and process it efficiently.

How do I care for my handmade garment?

Washing instructions are included in the description of each item. The majority of garments require cold wash, low spin, and no tumble drying. Some pieces may require hand washing only. If you’re unsure, please contact us and we will guide you on the best care for your garment.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide with flat-rate postage for international orders. Please check our Shipping page for more details.
