1. Exchanges Only Policy
We operate an exchange-only policy.
You may exchange your item within 14 days from the date of delivery.
All items must be returned in their original condition unworn, with the original tag and label still attached.
For hygiene purposes, we cannot offer an exchange for items that have been exposed to perfume, makeup, body odour, or cigarette smoke.
2. Custom-Made Items
If the item is custom made to your measurements, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund due to the bespoke nature of the product.
3. Return Shipping
Return postage is at the buyers own cost and risk.
All items must be returned via tracked mail to ensure safe delivery.
We cannot accept responsibility for items that go missing in transit; no exchanges will be processed for items lost in the post.
4. Credit Notes
Although we operate an exchange-only policy, in certain cases where an exchange is not completed, a credit note may be issued.
A credit note is generated under your name and is to be used in the discount section at checkout.
Credit notes cannot be exchanged for cash and are subject to the terms outlined here.
5. Faulty or Misdescribed Items
Should your item be faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, please contact us immediately.
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund or replacement for items that are defective.
For such cases, please provide photographic evidence and a detailed description of the issue so we can address it promptly.
6. How to Initiate an Exchange
To begin an exchange, please contact our customer service team at contact@cheches.co.uk with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your exchange or issue a credit note as appropriate.
